Pepe Pump is a community-driven/decentralized organization that does not have owners, shareholders, promoters, marketers, managers, directors, or other persons or entities imposing any sort of governance. The Pepe Pump smart contracts are open-source, security audited, permanent and non-modifiable in any form. The Pepe Pump token is simply a utility token in all countries and is not and cannot be deemed to be a “security” or otherwise regulated token of any type.
